In August 2009, Therakos, Inc. will align its customer services - including Customer Account Numbers - with other Medical Devices & Diagnostics Companies of Johnson & Johnson.

The new Universal Customer Numbers (UCN) were mailed to your organization the week of July 27, 2009. Please use the new Universal Customer Number when ordering Therakos products beginning on or about August 24, 2009. If you have not yet received your new Universal Customer Number (UCN) or have questions, please contact U.S. Region Customer Services at 800-828-6316. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we implement these changes.
